Strong commercial interest was reflected in the increased number of group visits, the steady flow of individual visitors, and the 291 business meetings recorded during the exhibition “duo” Forward Green and Renewable EnergyTech, held from March 26 to 28 at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center. Visitors attended from Greece and 19 countries abroad, underscoring the event’s international reach.
The two exhibitions showcased cutting-edge solutions in energy storage, electromobility, flexible photovoltaic systems, and circular economy, as well as modern self-production models and energy communities, which are now actively supported by the new institutional and financial framework. Renewable EnergyTech was organized in collaboration with the news portal energypress.gr.
Exhibitors expressed high satisfaction with the B2B meetings, which were successfully conducted and served as a key tool for strengthening partnerships and developing professional networks. A total of 121 hosted buyers from 30 countries participated in the B2B program, holding 291 business meetings, including additional ones arranged outside the platform, significantly enhancing the international orientation of the event.
A highlight of the event was the Scientific Conference of the Panhellenic Association of General Secretaries of Local Government “Kleisthenis”, supported by OTA Voice, which turned the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center into a focal point for Local Government, with representatives of municipalities from across the country in attendance.
The two exhibitions hosted 81 specialized exhibitors (70 domestic and 11 international) from countries including Cyprus, the Czech Republic, China, Italy, Germany, Austria, and France. At the same time, they attracted installers, investment firms, and decision-makers from Local Government, with an expanded focus not only on the domestic market but also on the Balkans and the wider region (Romania, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Poland, and Turkey).
The Official Supporter of the event was OPTIMUS ENERGY, while the Official Partners were FARIA RENEWABLES, GREENVOLT NEXT GREECE S.A., FOTOKYKLOSI S.A., COMBATT, and BUREAU VERITAS.
